Experts and clients are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of ExpertPulse. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by experts.
Clients will be charged fees for consultations and other services as outlined in the specific agreements. All payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified.
Both experts and clients agree to keep all information disclosed during consultations confidential, except as required by law. The specifics of confidentiality obligations may be detailed in separate agreements.
The content of the site, including trademarks, service marks, and logos, is owned by or licensed to ExpertPulse and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws under United States and international regulations. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, upload, or otherwise use the site content without prior written permission from the respective owners.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ExpertPulse, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account’s) violation of these Terms or any applicable laws, rules, or regulations, or any third party rights, including but not limited to any intellectual property or privacy rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpertPulse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (c) any content obtained from the Services; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, , without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
